  1. The Most Important Relationship You'll Ever Rebuild

The Most Important Relationship You'll Ever Rebuild

When the marriage ends, the mirror that once reflected your worth often goes with it. I'll examine what happens when you’ve spent years using someone else to outsource your value so you can feel whole.  I start by naming the cultural conditioning that tells women to be the supporting cast in everyone else’s story. If your worth was tied to keeping the peace, divorce can feel like failure. I challenge that script and replace it with a foundational truth: your worth is inherent, not earned.  From there, we share small, repeatable practices to shift your inner language helping you move  from self-criticism to self-compassion with simple, real-life scripts you can say out loud. Think of it as strength training for your relationship with yourself: light reps, done daily, that add up to lasting change. You’ll learn how to recognize validation loops, how to sit with uncomfortable truths without spiraling, and how to treat your future self like a trusted friend. I'll show you how to anchor to your own knowing when decisions feel heavy, and why compliments, new partners, or perfect co-parenting can be delightful but should never be the source of your value.  If you’re ready to stop waiting for someone else to tell you you’re enough, press play. Subscribe for more tools each week, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a quick review because it helps other women find their way back to themselves. 2. Overcoming Insecurity After Divorce

    FEB 9

    Overcoming Insecurity After Divorce

When divorce blows up the labels you’ve lived with like that of wife, partner, the one who holds it all together, what’s left can feel confusing and unknown. That's when insecurity rears it's ugly head. In this episode, I talk about why insecurity really is...spoiler alert - it's not a feeling, but instead a belief system wired by impossible, contradictory standards. Instead of chasing confidence by changing jobs, bodies, or relationship status, I make a case for something deeper: emotional security, the steady sense that you won’t abandon yourself when life gets messy. I explore how cultural scripts teach women to shrink, self-monitor, and doubt their instincts, and why divorce often exposes those scripts rather than creating them. You'll get a reminder of Gloria’s powerful monologue from The Barbie Movie while I trace how how approval-seeking keeps you stuck and how self-trust begins with curiosity.  If you’re craving a map for life after divorce that doesn’t hinge on being chosen, this conversation will ground you. You’re not becoming someone else; you’re becoming you again defined by your values, protected by your boundaries, and guided by your own voice. If the episode resonates, follow the show, leave a rating, and share it with a friend who needs a guiding voice as they go through their divorce. 3. The Skill You Need To Make Divorce Healing Possible

The Skill You Need To Make Divorce Healing Possible

What if the fastest way to feel better after divorce wasn’t to push through and ignore the painful emotions, but to allow what’s already here? In this episode I’m going to be teaching you the most useful skill to make all of your divorce healing possible.  I start by breaking down the three common ways of dealing with emotions - resisting, avoiding, reacting and explain why they keep you stuck. Then I’ll introduce the fourth option: allowance. This practical, compassionate skill teaches you to name the emotion in a single word, locate it physically, and stay present until the chemical storm passes. No fixing, no judgment. I’ll offer simple prompts to help you as you start implementing this skill into your daily life and finish up with my own example of how I used this just the other day in my personal life. This is how you rebuild trust in yourself after divorce: by proving, moment by moment, that no feeling is too big for you to handle. You don’t need to become a robot to move forward. You need a body-level practice that makes space for the full human experience.   If this resonates, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs it, and leave a quick rating or review.
